Matrix Tool's Engineering Division offers complete mold
design of close tolerance plastic and metal injection molds.
Design activities are completed by a team of highly skilled
professionals dedicated meeting customer standards related

Approximately 1,000 square feet of space is allocated to support the Engineering operation. Included are five individual
CAD work stations and a separate conference room. |

Tool concepts and mold designs are formulated by highly skilled draftsmen and designers experienced in machining processes, mold building, and computer technology. |

Quality at Matrix Tool begins in the design stage of every job.
Quality is integrated into the concepting, detailing, and checking
processes. Additional inspections are completed by our Engineering
and Tooling Staff to ensure Matrix Tool's design standards meet
our customer's needs.
