Route 98 North.

and turn left (west) onto Route 20/26th Street.

- Follow 8th Street West to traffic light at the 12th Street Intersection.
- At the traffic light, follow Asbury Road South to Route 20/26th Street.
- Turn right (west) onto Route 20/26th Street and follow to Franklin Ave.
- Turn left onto Franklin Ave. Matrix is on the right side of the road, approximately 1/2 mile south of Route 20/26th Street.
